Juice Recipe - Spring

This juice is absolutely on of my favorite, and it tastes great ! It is rich in vitamins and antioxidants. The small amount of fruit in this juice gives it a good taste and does not give a blood sugar spike which happens sometimes when we juice only fruits. The ginger and lemon work very well for good digestion. 

What you need
1 organic apple, deseeded
1 organic cucumber
1 carrot
1 beet
1 organic lemon
1 inch fresh ginger peeled
a handful of spinach or kale
1/4 th of a small purple cabbage


Here's how
Chop the veggies and fruit and run them through your juicer. Drink immediately or store a part of it in the refrigerator for an afternoon energy slump.
