About MeI always have had a love for working with people in a helping profession. Which, led me to pursue my Masters Degree in Applied Psychology. I used this knowledge in Psychology to do Consumer Behavior Research and Human Resources for a few years in corporate life.
After giving birth to two girls and having faced anxiety and digestive issues I started to lean towards a more healthy way of eating and cooking for my family. My curiosity and passion for balanced living and eating took me to the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where I received my training from their cutting edge, Health Coach Training Program. In the past few years I have learned various tools to facilitate healing and better health such as, Transcendental Meditation, Yoga, Reiki and Ayurveda . I always had a question in mind - How can I help people to help themselves ? This, I realized was my calling, my dharma or purpose. I think women make a lot of guiding decisions for their families and children at an emotional ,physical and spiritual level and whatever good they do to themselves in turn influences their families. I coach and guide women and moms who want help in weight , time and stress management. I create a plan with clients to help them reach their health and wellness goals.
